We have our units on four platforms and spend quite a bit on SEO receiving more than 70% of all booking direct, alleviating paying commission to the other platforms.
Managing your unit is completely hands off for you! We lock in the bookings, we oversee insurance for the rentals, we train before departure and offer 24-hour support to renters for any questions or refreshers.
Your unit will get a GPS tracker that send engine codes, low oil, or any other issues. It will alert us when speeding and help locate if a renter gets stranded.
We take pride in caring for your unit and will pressure wash the black and grey tanks, do a full exterior bath, and complete a 40-point inspection after every rental after every rental.
We do the same when your family takes you unit out and only ask, you return the inside the same as when it left, of a fee will be charged. You can block off a max of 3 weeks during peak season (May 1 – Oct 31) for person use.

60-day notice in writing before dropping the unit the fleet and request the same courtesy before pulling it from the fleet.
You are responsible for wear & tear . . . tires, windshield wipers, oil change & anything not the fault of a renter. Renters are responsible for a blown tire & we have AAA RV to help replace it. Renters are also responsible for a rock cracking the window.
You will need basic insurance on you unit to cover it while on property or out with your family. Our commercial insurance will cover rentals & we collect a $1500 security deposit to cover the deductible. If an electrical component (TV, inverter, etc.) goes out at no fault to a renter the owner would be responsible, but our techs will replace it at cost. We provide waterproof mattress covers on ALL beds and offer a variety of packages to renters. The only things you need to provide are the essentials like dump tank hose, water hose for city, wheel chocks, power cord. . . etc..
