All renters are required to do some training before they can take their rental out on your trip. We want to ensure you and your group are safe on your travelling adventures! Listed below are all the necessary tools and information to ensure a speedy departure and to give you the training you need to have a SAFE and WORRY FREE trip. Please follow the steps provided.
PRIOR to the day you pick up or we deliver:
Once you book and pay your deposit, we will send you a few items via email. We need the information requested back as soon as possible to help us be ready for
they day of your departure:
Rental Questionnaire - We will send you questionnaire to complete so that we know your particular needs and specific requests while we are preparing your
rental unit. This makes it very important to receive this information back from you right away.
Insurance Information (We will send you a form if your insurance will cover your rental but you have to get that information from them and back to us.)
Add-On Packages –We will send you our list of add-on packages and services. Please let us know if you would like to add any, at least 7 days prior if possible.
Rental Agreement – Complete and sign your digital Rental Agreement BEFORE coming to pick up your rental.
We will also send you a guidebook with information specific to your rental unit. We strongly advise you download it to your phone and familiarize yourself
with all the helpful information we provide within that guidebook.
On the day of departure:
We will collect your rental invoice, if you have not paid.
We will get a copy of your driver's license (and anyone who will be driving) and of the credit card you wrote on your rental agreement.
You will complete a thorough walkthrough and orientation on your unit, and are welcome to take photos of the unit and video of your orientation.
The staff and management of “RV Life is Good” understands that your pet is a very important member of the family, and therefore may want to include them on the family trip. That is why we believe in the “invisible pet.” However, there are some rules and regulations you must agree to first:
An additional $95 per pet or $150 for 2 pets fee is required prior to departure.
A pet needs to be approved at least 7 days prior to your departure. Please let us know what kind and size your pet is?
What Is An “Invisible Pet?”
Basically, this means that when the motor home/trailer is returned, we do not see or smell any signs there was an animal in the unit at all.
This includes but not limited to:
Carpet and/or fabric stains
Carpet and/or fabric tears
Damage of window coverings
Panel or wood trim damage
The smell or odor associated with an animal
You must advise us that you plan to bring a pet, by phone or in writing, before the day of your departure. Up to two small domesticated animals, 60lbs or less each, or service animal is allowed in the RV/Travel Trailer.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED IN THE RV/TRAVEL TRAILER.
If you decide to leave the RV/Trailer with the pet inside by themselves, it must be kept in a crate. Your pet may not “roam freely” in the RV while you are away. We
ask that you please not allow your pet on ANY of the furniture in the unit. This includes seats, sofas, dinette area, overhead bunks, or beds.
If Evidence Of A Pet Is Found WITHOUT prior approval:
If evidence of a pet is found and it was NOT disclosed at the time of reservation, you will be subject to a $50 per night fee for the entire period of your rental.
*Excessive cleaning charges and fumigation will be billed at a flat rate of $500 if odor or stains occur. This is not only for the unit but also for the health of future renters of the unit. Any permanent damage will result in paying the cost of parts and labor to fix anything broken. *
