Deposit & Payment

Learn how the booking deposit and payment works.

PRIOR to the day you pick up or we deliver your unit:

Once you book and pay your deposit, we will send you a few items via email. WE NEED THE INFORMATION REQUESTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to help us be ready for the day of your departure:

  • Rental Questionnaire – We will send you a questionnaire to complete so that we know your particular needs and specific requests as we prepare your rental unit.
  • Insurance Information – We will send you a form if your insurance will cover your rental, but you must get that information from them and back to us.
  • Add-On Packages – We will send you our list of add-on packages and services. Please let us know if you would like to add any of these at least 7 days prior, if possible.
  • Rental Agreement – Complete and sign your digital Rental Agreement BEFORE coming to pick up your rental.
  • We will also send you a guidebook with information specific to your rental unit. We strongly advise that you download it to your phone and familiarize yourself with all the helpful information we provide within that guidebook.

On The day of departure:
  • We will collect the amount of your rental invoice if you have not previously paid.
  • We will make a copy of your driver’s license (and anyone who will be driving) and of the credit card you offered on your rental agreement.
  • You will complete a thorough walkthrough and orientation of your unit. You are welcome to take photos or videos of your unit or of the orientation.

Pet Charges:
  • An additional fee of $95 will be required and charged for one pet or $150 for two pets prior to departure.
  • Pets need to be approved at least 7 days prior to departure. Please let us know the size and breed of your pet.

What Is An “Invisible Pet?”
This means that there should be no signs or odors due to a pet when your motor home/trailer is returned. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Pet fur
  • Carpet and/or fabric stains or tears
  • Damage to window treatments
  • Panel of wood trim damage
  • Pet food
  • Any odors associated with pets

Pet Restrictions:
You must advise us by phone or in writing prior to the day of your departure if you plan to bring a pet. Up to two small domesticated animals, 60 lbs. each or less, or a service animal is allowed in the RV/Travel Trailers.

Pets must not be left unattended in the RV/Travel Trailer. If for some reason they have to be left, they MUST be confined in a crate. Pets may not “roam freely” in the RV while alone. We also ask that you not allow your pet on ANY of the furniture in the unit. This includes seats, sofas, dinette seating, overhead bunks, or beds.

If evidence of a pet is found and it was NOT disclosed at the time of the reservation, you will be subject to a $50 per night fee for the entire period of your rental. *Excessive cleaning charges and fumigation will be billed at a flat rate of $500 if odor or stains occur. This is not only for restoring the unit to it’s original condition but also for the health of future renters of the unit. Any permanent damage will result in paying the cost of parts and labor to fix any damages.
