Booking a Motor Home or Travel Trailer

At the time a reservation is made, a security deposit is required to lock the dates into our booking calendar. The deposit for an RV/motorhome is $1500 and for a travel trailer or fifth-wheel is $500. *Ask for details about music festival deposits.* We can accept Zelle, cashier check, or cash at no charge. We can accept ACH at a flat $10 fee or credit/debit card at a 3% fee. No reservation can be held without a deposit.

Security deposits are fully refundable within 3-5 business days of return of the rental unit without damage or certain overages.

There are certain post-return items that could be deducted from the security deposit/credit card such as:

  • Damage/deductible for insurance claim
  • Fuel below departure level
  • Additional mileage or generator usage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Dumping fees
  • Smoking fines
  • Late charges

All items above are spelled out in the terms and conditions of our rental agreement you receive and sign prior to departure.
